ASKing helps you revealing what's working and what is not working in the gap between " what we want" and "what is actually happening". We do this through a learning and evaluation process involving leaders, employees and clients, using theory of change, shared reflection workshops and case studies . The result is clients who get the experience they expect, employees who see their contribution as meaningful, and leaders who get better results and reduced costs - all in all to build a well-working, succesful and sustainable organization!
Questions of how to develope sustainable organizations, people and society have always been the driver for Karen Ask, who founded ASKing 2013. With experience from roles such as change evaluator, process consultant, project manager, teacher, social worker, communicator and ethnologist she stresses the importance of understanding the change process from different perspectives to get the whole picture.
ASKing is based in the Greater Copenhagen Region in Malmö, Sweden and Kastrup, Denmark. We work in both Swedish, Danish and English.
The focus of our evaluations is often inter-organizational collaboration, digitizing learning environments, social innovation, new organizational or leadership structures and changing employee mindset, competences and working methods.
