How do we know whats working and why?
Through on-going evaluation ASKing takes your change process from vision to impact
Asking questions is the driver of
knowledge-based development of organizations
ASKing helps you revealing what's working and what is not working in the gap between " what we want" and "what is actually happening". We do this through a learning and evaluation process involving leaders, employees and clients, using theory of change, shared reflection workshops and case studies . The result is clients who get the experience they expect, employees who see their contribution as meaningful, and leaders who get better results and reduced costs - all in all to build a well-working, succesful and sustainable organization!
Questions of how to develope sustainable organizations, people and society have always been the driver for Karen Ask, who founded ASKing 2013. With experience from roles such as change evaluator, process consultant, project manager, teacher, social worker, communicator and ethnologist she stresses the importance of understanding the change process from different perspectives to get the whole picture.
ASKing is based in the Øresund Region in Malmö, Sweden and Kastrup, Denmark. We work in both Swedish, Danish and English.
EVALUATION OF CHANGE PROCESSES
We are supporting you in taking your vision and strategy to real impact through on-going evaluation of the change processes, using a Theory of Change as tool for analysis, qualitative case studies and shared reflection workshops.
USER EVALUATION OF INNOVATION
We are supporting you doing research on and with your clients seeing your innovative service through their eyes so what you are developing is actually what is meaningful to your clients. Methods are wide - from surveys and interviews to journey mapping and workshops.
BUILDING EVALUATION COMPETENCE
We are supporting you in developing the competence in your organization in how to conduct on-going evaluation of your business or project. Evaluation is a systematic proces for leading knowledge-based development that can be learned.
The focus of our evaluations is often inter-organizational collaboration, digitizing learning environments, social innovation, new organizational or leadership structures and changing employee mindset, competences and working methods.
