Working with evaluation means using systematic methods of doing research and creating learning. We work with multiple methods but mostly with qualitative and participatory methods to gather in-debth knowledge and engage different stakeholders in shared learning about the impact on different levels, from front- workers to managers.
ASKing has picked experienced consultants and researchers with expertise within the fields of leadership and organizational development, regional development/European funds, gender equality, social innovation and digital design.
OWNER & SENIOR CHANGE EVALUATOR
Karen is the owner of ASKing and main responsible of ASKings projects. She is an expert in on-going evaluation of change processes, collaborative learning and user involvement.
Mari is a resource for doing evaluations, workhops and reports in ASKings projects. She has a background in evaluating international development programmes within the social and educational sector.
COLLABORATION PARTNER, SKANEUS SUPPORT
Stefan is an expert in supporting EU-funded programmes and projects. He is working with ASKings project evaluations within the European Social Fund.
Anders is working with Karen in following up, evaluating and supporting the implementation of change processes. The aim is to take the visions and values to everyday impact, creating a better psyko-social work environment and better results.
Rebecka is working with Karen in project evaluations within the European Social Fund with a main focus on gender equality, accessibility and non-discrimination.
Stefan is a resource for doing research and data analysis in ASKings projects. He is working with ASKings project evaluations within the European Social Fund.
