Working with evaluation means using systematic methods of doing research and creating learning. We work with multiple methods but mostly with qualitative and participatory methods to gather in-debth knowledge and engage different stakeholders in shared learning about the impact on different levels, from front- workers to managers.
ASKing has picked experienced consultants and researchers with expertise within the fields of leadership and organizational development, regional development/European funds, gender equality, social innovation and digital design.

Karen is the owner of ASKing and main responsible of ASKings projects. She is an expert in on-going evaluation of change processes, collaborative learning and user involvement.

Anders is supporting organizations developing strategies based on the relationship between leaders, employees and organization. He works with Karen in supporting and implementing change processes from vision to everyday impact.
Stefan is a resource for doing research in ASKings projects. He works with Karen in project evaluations within the European Social Fund.
Matilda is an expert in gender mainstreaming, qualitative research and social innovation. She works with Karen in project evaluations within the European Social Fund.
